Thriving in Transition: Your First 100 Days in the New Job

The “Thriving in Transition: Your First 100 Days in a New Job” workshop empowers participants to set themselves up for success during the early phases of a new position. You will explore actionable strategies to learn quickly, build effective relationships, clarify expectations, and achieve visibility—key levers for a strong transition. A successful start also helps you overcome the probation period and build lasting success in your new job.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Understand the critical success factors for your first 100 days

  • Map out your priorities, spot common challenges, and rehearse solutions

  • Identify and commit to two or three impactful next steps to drive your progress

Through a mix of expert input and hands-on activities, participants will engage in practical exercises such as personal SWOT analysis, stakeholder mapping, and crafting their own 100-day action plan.
