Allianz & amiga: Mentorship for International Talents

Join this Information Session to learn more about this mentorship program and how you can apply

Allianz and amiga join forces to support international young professionals and students through this unique mentorship program. This 3-month initiative is built upon the commitment of Allianz GRACE (Global Race and Cultural Ethnicity)—a leading international employee network dedicated to inclusion and cultural diversity. By matching motivated talents with industry experts from this global insurance and financial services leader, we provide the tools and insights needed to thrive in the German business world.

What you’ll gain during the 3-month program:

  • Job Search Strategy: How to find the right roles in the Munich Metropolitan Area.
  • CV & Interview Prep: Optimize your application to meet German standards.
  • Industry Insights: Understand corporate culture, expectations, and perform a personal SWOT analysis.
  • Career Advice: Direct feedback and guidance on professional growth.

Please note:
This program is designed for professional development and networking. While it provides invaluable mentorship, the primary goal is guidance, not job placement at Allianz.
